Encentus now offers fraud alerts via text messaging!

The success of fraud prevention depends on having your most up-to-date contact information, including your address, email address, and phone number.

If the phone number on your account is your cell phone number, Transfund will text you directly with SecurLOCK technology in the event of suspicious activity on your Encentus debit card.

Did you know you can update your contact information through Online Banking?*

Simply login to your account through our website, hover over the green gear in the upper right corner of the home page, and click “Personal Information.” Update any out-of-date information, click the “OK” button, and you’re all set!

We can also send an address change request secure document to the email on file that you can sign electronically.
