Savings Account

The savings account is what makes you a member of Encentus FCU.  Your deposits are called “shares” and represent your ownership in the credit union.

Access to your savings account through online banking, phone, mail, payroll deduction or electronic deposits/withdrawals.  The night depository is available all hours for deposits.

  • Perform transactions at any CO-OP Shared Branch location around the US and world.

Share Certificates

A share certificate is similar to the certificate of deposit (CD) at a bank.  You deposit a specific amount of money for a specific time at a specific rate.

  • $500 minimum deposit
  • 3 to 36 month terms available
  • Subject to penalties for early withdrawal

Club Accounts

Club accounts are a special type of savings account. 

  • Vacation Club
  • Christmas Club
  • Dividends paid quarterly
  • Earn dividends on balances up to $3,000
  • Dividend rates slightly higher than regular share rate

An IRA is a special account that holds your funds for retirement.  It acts as a tax-advantaged savings tool designed to provide retirement income.  It is never too late to start saving for your retirement!  We offer several options to meet your specific needs.
