Online Banking is getting a major security upgrade: 2-Factor Authentication is coming!

Starting July 30th, our Online Banking systems will begin requiring 2-Factor Authentication. When this change takes effect, all members will be challenged with 2-Factor Authentication the first time they log in. After that, members should only be challenged occasionally on devices in regular use, or when they are traveling far from home and their IP address changes.

With the implementation of 2-Factor Authentication, our Online Banking system will send you a code when you first log in. This will be a text to the phone number Encentus has on file. Simply check your texts and enter the code during the log-in process!

This change means all members need to have their current phone number on their account. If you are not sure if Encentus has your current phone number, please call 918-430-3500 or email info@encentusfcu.org to verify and update your information if needed. If Encentus does not have your correct phone number on file by August 1st, you may experience issues using Online Banking.
